By placing an order with us you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Use of our services

We only accept orders from users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 you should ask a parent or guardian to make an order on your behalf.

Payments

We use PayPal to accept payments through our online shop. This allows you to pay by credit or debit card or by logging into your PayPal account. We can also send out invoices for payment if necessary.

Information displayed on this site

While we try to be as accurate as possible all information displayed on the website is approximate and is provided in good faith. Images of products are for illustrative purposes only and goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website. While images show goods assembled they may require assembly by you. We provide assembly instruction videos on our youtube channel Dragonfrog Games - YouTube

The website automatically changes the displayed stock levels as goods are purchased and so it should not be possible to order goods that are out of stock. In the event that any goods in an order are unavailable or a pricing error was made we reserve the right to cancel the order and give a full refund. However we will endeavour to contact you beforehand and offer any suitable replacements or a partial refund of the goods that are unavailable.

Orders

Please make sure that all details you input into the order form are correct. We cannot be held responsible for faulty contact details. If you need to give us any additional information or to correct any information in an order you can contact us at dragonfroggames@gmail.com

Shipping

We aim to post as soon as possible after an order has been made. However with an order of a large amount of laser cut items it may take up to a week to cut.

We mostly post by Royal Mail but occasionally use a courier service. We use signed for and/or tracked postal services for the safety of your order.

Returns and Refunds

If there are any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the issue. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will give a full refund once it has been returned to us.
